Bueno esto solo fue un resumen de la semana. Perdón que está loco el correo; en verdad no tengo tiempo de nada. Hoy vamos al downtown para ver unas vistas bellas y conocer un poco más.
Entonces mi nuevo compa se llama Elder Saavedra. Él nació en Perú, después se mudaron a Miami hasta los 15 años cuando se mudó a Salt Lake. El es bien chistoso. También tiene casi 21 meses en la misión entonces es posible que lo voy a matar también!! Su cumpleaños es este Miércoles entonces ahí vamos a ver qué vamos hacer; siendo misioneros va ser una de las partes grandes de ese día. Estoy trabajando en la mejor parte de Compton, Watts, y SouthCentral. No vivimos en nuestra área porque es bien peligroso entonces tenemos carro jijijiji. Buenos quiero mucho y espero que tengan un buen día! Espero para sus respuestas! 😘😘😘
- Monday . Dropped off Farsi B at guitar center. Emailed for an hour; Elder Dunn and Luna were going up to Malibu so they invited us. We went to clean and do laundry. At 2 we met with them and headed up to Malibu. It was gorgeous! Saw a rattlesnake. Returned home on Pacific Coast Highway and the ocean breeze was so great; smelt the great salt water. Then continued packing and finalized a few things. Elder McCracken is the best.
- Tuesday. Woke up at 5:30a. Farsi B picked us up at 6:30 bc a member was coming to take Elder Ekberg to his new area. I stayed with Elder McCracken and Elder Wiedrich. As another brother came to pick me up at 8:20a. They came and we left. Got there in like 30 mins and had a great trip through memory lane driving through my old streets.
- Friday was a day of pure miracles and blessings. So we started off with a great run around the block. From that, we ate a great breakfast and had a short Study bc we went to have a short lesson. Elder Saavedra asked her what personal blessings do you think you'll receive from this and she basically said that she'll be saved in the last days! SHE SO GOLDEN!!! 💎💛 From there, we went to Elder Mielke and Hicken's apartments to go with them to District meeting at Inglewood; it was fun. As we were heading to the meeting, T texted us saying that she can't be baptized this Sunday bc her mom is coming Saturday night and they are having a party Sunday evening. We just told her we can talk about it tonight. In our District it is us , Elder Fraatz and Guerrero, y Elder Lopez con Elder Jones (DL). We had a great training. During accountability, it was great bc everyone was inspired and gave great advice on how to explain and help each other out; this transfer is going to be great! After the DM, we planned our Baptismal program with SG 2.2 (they'll be baptizing someone as well that day). Then we headed headed home and had such a great time with the other Elders. Then we went home, had Lunch, then weekly planned for an hour then we had to leave to go contact bc it was like 5 and we didn't have time to contact any other time. We were calling a bunch of members though bc our member that was going to come with us to the lesson flake so we had to find another. Well didn't find anyone so we just decided to drive separately. When we arrived to T. house, she was fine with us and we went. The traffic wasn't that bad although it was like a parking lot. We arrived on time and started the tour around 7:10p. Tuvimos Hermana Chávez y otra hermana como nuestras guías. Empezamos en los Libro de Mormón pods y nos enfocamos en el Espíritu Santo y la diferencia entre la luz de Cristo y el Don del Espíritu Santo. De ahí, fuimos a los Temple Panels para hablar sobre el templo. Cuando llegamos a la foto del cuarto celestial testificamos sobre queremos todos en este cuarto sagrado por qué aquí es donde sentimos un poco de cómo se va sentir en los cielos. Ella dijo que quiere verse en esa foto. Después nos fuimos a mi cuarto favorito, el Plan de Dios para las familias. Aquí verdaderamente sentimos el espíritu y aquí fue donde sacamos el mensaje sobre si se va bautizar mañana o no. Le testificamos que en el próximo salón y en la entrevista con Presidente Weidman va recibir su respuesta bien claro sobre si se tiene que bautizar mañana. Terminamos en el Cristus y fue una sugerencia increíble de nuestro distrito esa tarde por qué el Espíritu testificó a T sobre el mensaje. Después de ahí, T fue a la entrevista con Presidente; duró 50 minutos la entrevista! Salieron los dos limpiándose los ojos de lágrimas. Entonces Presidente le preguntó si el bautismo iba ser mañana y ella dijo que si a las 4:30. Nosotros estábamos tan feliz!! Nos tomamos una foto con ella y hablamos un poco afuera de VC sobre la reunión y como él respondió las preguntas que ellas tuvo sin decirles; dijo que fue una confirmación fuerte! Nosotros nos fuimos después y fui a buscar mis cosas del apartamento Farsi; fue chevere verlos.
